Product Description:
PC plastic particles (polycarbonate) are a high-performance engineering plastic with outstanding physical properties:
- High transparency with a light transmittance of 90%
- High strength and impact resistance with a notch impact strength of 600-900J/m
- Excellent heat resistance with a thermal deformation temperature of 130-140 ℃
- Low temperature resistance ranging from -40 ℃ to +135 ℃
In addition to its physical properties, PC also exhibits chemical stability. It is resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils, but not to strong bases and ultraviolet light.
Polycarbonate is a non-crystalline thermoplastic that requires preheating and drying before processing. It can be shaped using injection molding or extrusion molding techniques.
